Payments will withdraw on the 15th monthly automatically, there will be a $15 late fee assessed to rejected payments pass the 48 hour grace period. Money will be deducted by 12:00pm each month. If payment card needs to be updated please reach out to 513.348.2992 directly.

Please be advised there is a $30 Cancellation Fee If your membership is canceled earlier then 6 months after your orginal purchase date a fee will be assessed.
**After 6 months there is no fee to cancel
***Cancel anytime of the month, after the 1st of each month the monthly charge will still be obtained.
