This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Late appointments more then 10 minutes will be charged automatically a $5 Late Fee
- After 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is forfeited
- If you are on your menstrual, you CANNOT steam please contact 513.348.2992 to reschedule
- If you are pregnant, YOU CANNOT steam
- If you are feeling ill, please reschedule
- Drink atleast 1 (12oz) bottle water before your appointment time.

RETURN POLICY**All goods are FINAL SALE, if there is a defective product
please reach out within 10 Days of order being received to receive replacement of that item.
