This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Late appointments more then 10 minutes will be charged automatically a $5 Late Fee
• After 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your deposit is forfeited 
• If you are on your menstrual, you CANNOT steam please contact 513.348.2992 to reschedule 
• If you are pregnant, YOU CANNOT steam
• If you are feeling ill, please reschedule
• Drink atleast 1 (12oz) bottle water before your appointment time.
